Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable rooms with a nice bed and wonderful pillows. However, it can be quite noisy due to proximity to elevators. The service is a mixed bag with dismissive behavior, but room service is an extra treat. The location is convenient for exploring key attractions by foot, but chaotic for driving. The dining experience was a mix of amazing choices but some confusion with the fruit dishes presentation. Overall, a luxurious stay with some drawbacks to consider.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, with the exception of the beds, and a large and overall comfortable atmosphere. The service is excellent, particularly from the front desk and porter service, although there were issues with cleanliness from prior guests. The location, although not central, is still close enough for convenience. The dining experience was satisfactory, though not meeting some expectations.
The hotel is very exclusive and offers pampering services. The rooms are fully equipped but the Deluxe room has a small bathroom, noisy AC, and an expensive minibar. The location is safe and clean with a unique scent, recommended for those who love exclusivity. The dining experience in the Executive Lounge is of high standard buffet style with international cuisine.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The use of the executive lounge was fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring. However, I found the rooms to be large and nicely appointed but quite dark, needing more lighting and better pillows.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms with great views, featuring some of the finer pillows I've enjoyed in my travels, and connecting to a full bath and toilet room with a bathtub and Italian shower. The service is generally friendly and accommodating, although there were instances of slow service in the coffee lounge and unexpected room entry without prior notice. The location, while slightly far from the center, remains easily walkable and convenient, especially for those arriving after long flights. The dining experience, particularly the buffet breakfast, was of a high standard, but there were minor issues with timing. Overall, a stay with positive and negative aspects to consider.
I loved the spacious rooms, fantastic service, and the fabulous location near major cultural attractions. However, the distance to the lifts was a bit inconvenient, especially if you have luggage, and the dining experience had some room for improvement. Overall, a great stay!
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent and clean with a good-sized bathroom and ample breakfast. Despite being a bit noisy, the room was spacious with a desk area that allowed me to work comfortably.
The hotel offers spacious rooms, albeit not as clean as expected, and suffers from noise and insufficient cooling. While the common areas are well-maintained, the rooms are in need of renovation. The service, although featuring amiable and helpful staff, is marred by unexplained card charges, creating distrust. The location is a bit removed from the city center and lacks nearby dining options, yet allows for views of the Romanian Parliament. Dining experiences were rushed, but the access to the Executive Lounge and JW Steakhouse was a positive. Facilities were adequate.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and had a spectacular view, accommodating up to 4 people. They were well-equipped with all kinds of toiletries in case you forgot to bring any. However, the service was inconsistent, with some staff members being unfailingly friendly and courteous throughout, especially in the VIP lounge, while others, like Cristena, were very rude and unpolite. The location was not ideal for me as I got the last room on the floor facing the car park, and it was a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was average, with a wide choice of food but nothing out of the ordinary. On the positive side, the hotel is very close to the Parliament House, and you can see their most famous monument from there.
The hotel rooms were excellently appointed and very comfortable, serving one of the best red wines I've ever had. However, as a gold member, I was expecting an upgrade that wasn't provided despite availabilities. The space is spacious and modern.
The hotel offers huge, luxurious, and spotless rooms. The lobby is massive, and the casino is very nice. The bed was comfortable and the mini-bar well-stocked; however, the sound insulation is poor between interconnected rooms.
I stayed in a lovely corner suite with a large integrated work and living space, featuring some of the finest pillows I've ever experienced in my travels. The full bath and toilet room had a bathtub and Italian shower, but the size was quite small. The view of the city was awesome, although the cleanliness felt a bit lacking. The lack of bathrobes and limited toiletries for two people was a downside.
The hotel room was impressively spacious and had an awesome view of the city, although it was a bit noisy and too hot when the AC was turned off. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, offering a comfortable stay overall.
The hotel had beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable rooms despite being very small compared to what I paid. While the noise and light made it challenging to sleep during the day, the service was friendly and helpful with various amenities available. The location, though not as requested, was near the Parliament palace and Old Town, offering access to both sides of the city. The dining experience was somewhat confusing with impressive options but minor issues. Overall, a decent stay with lovely features and some drawbacks to consider.
