Jw Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, Bucharest

I loved the spacious rooms, fantastic service, and the fabulous location near major cultural attractions. However, the distance to the lifts was a bit inconvenient, especially if you have luggage, and the dining experience had some room for improvement. Overall, a great stay!

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent and clean with a good-sized bathroom and ample breakfast. Despite being a bit noisy, the room was spacious with a desk area that allowed me to work comfortably.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, albeit not as clean as expected, and suffers from noise and insufficient cooling. While the common areas are well-maintained, the rooms are in need of renovation. The service, although featuring amiable and helpful staff, is marred by unexplained card charges, creating distrust. The location is a bit removed from the city center and lacks nearby dining options, yet allows for views of the Romanian Parliament. Dining experiences were rushed, but the access to the Executive Lounge and JW Steakhouse was a positive. Facilities were adequate.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and had a spectacular view, accommodating up to 4 people. They were well-equipped with all kinds of toiletries in case you forgot to bring any. However, the service was inconsistent, with some staff members being unfailingly friendly and courteous throughout, especially in the VIP lounge, while others, like Cristena, were very rude and unpolite. The location was not ideal for me as I got the last room on the floor facing the car park, and it was a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was average, with a wide choice of food but nothing out of the ordinary. On the positive side, the hotel is very close to the Parliament House, and you can see their most famous monument from there.

The hotel rooms were excellently appointed and very comfortable, serving one of the best red wines I've ever had. However, as a gold member, I was expecting an upgrade that wasn't provided despite availabilities. The space is spacious and modern.

The hotel offers huge, luxurious, and spotless rooms. The lobby is massive, and the casino is very nice. The bed was comfortable and the mini-bar well-stocked; however, the sound insulation is poor between interconnected rooms.

I stayed in a lovely corner suite with a large integrated work and living space, featuring some of the finest pillows I've ever experienced in my travels. The full bath and toilet room had a bathtub and Italian shower, but the size was quite small. The view of the city was awesome, although the cleanliness felt a bit lacking. The lack of bathrobes and limited toiletries for two people was a downside.

The dining experience was somewhat confusing with impressive options but minor issues. Overall, a decent stay with lovely features and some drawbacks to consider.
